Il  progetto di beneficenza REGGAE 4 SHASHAMENE (vol. I e vol. II) nasce nel 2009 e si completa nel 2014 come iniziativa umanitaria promossa dal dott. Elio Fioretti  e  l'Axum di Messina (Associazione di Amicizia e Cooperazione Italia-Etiopia).Consiste,nello spirito di collaborazione ed amicizia Italia-Etiopia nella realizzazione di  due cd di musica reggae ai  quali  hanno preso parte più di 30 artisti, italiani e stranieri,professionisti e non;tutti INSIEME PER L’ETIOPIA. 

Tra questi figura Ernesto Vitolo, Ciccio Merolla, Franco del Prete, Rino Calabritto,Piero Goglia,Elvio Rodia,Elia Rodia,Giuseppe Salomone ,Sir Oliver Skardy, Davide Cantarella,Antonio Di Mauro Madi Simmon, e tanti altri ancora;inoltre , gli artisti etiopi Aster Aweke, Zeleke Gessese, Teddy Afro ,Rastawinteb nonché il gruppo molisano Noflaizon .

 

I proventi della vendita dei CD saranno finalizzati alla realizzazione di una sala operatoria a Shashamene (sud Ethiopia)
